Some people claim that biblical (young age) creation is a recent phenomenon, but that is contrary to most of church history and to the Bible. He obviously knew paganism and the Scriptures, and affirmed the authority of God's Word — beginning from Genesis. We need to do the same in our own increasingly idolatrous and pagan cultures.
